CWS Models Walk Like Egyptians...

Wow!  What an amazing evening for creative styling on the CWS runway!  I participated in the Styling Egyptian theme on wednesday night and I sure am glad I didn't have to judge this event...every single model in the contest looked absolutely stunning!  To say that I felt intimidated would be an understatement!

There were so many gorgeous, detailed fabrics, ornated jewelry, sky-high headdresses and even a live snake!  And the posing...I was so impressed with all of my fellow contestants with their creative use of posing to fit the theme for the evening.  I must say, coming up with my own poses for the event was maybe my favorite part of the preparation.

I would say in the end, we were all winners...as there was not one single look that I didn't find to be truly amazing in some way.  CWS models really know how to impress, whatever the theme may require!

CWS Models were ready to Party!

With everything from brightly colored clown-style outfits, to sexy cocktail dresses with plunging necklines, the CWS models certainly did not fail to impress at at Styling Party outfit contest on monday night!  This was a very fun show to watch with the creativity shown and the great party spirit in the air!

Short skirts, high heels and bright colors was also a common look for the evening...it is clear that we models are not afraid to show off our long legs when we are out with friends!  If you've got it, flaunt it..right?

Whatever choices they made, understated was definitely not on the menu for this evenings fiesta.   When CWS models go out to party, they surely like to be noticed!

CWS Blog creating Class

I had always wanted to start my own blog, so when I found out we would be learning how in class this day, I was very excited.  It seemed a little condusing at first, but I quickly was able to understand how this works.  Some had troubles but we have a great class so I am sure all of us will end up with some great blogs!

I am not yet sure what specifically I will blog about here, or even what the title of the blog is (Ivery's Blog isn't too creative, huh?), but I will have fun learning as I go!
